When applied in massage (diluted in vegetable oil), rosemary essential oil acts as a natural analgesic, anti-inflammatory and antispasmodic, relieving muscle tension, joint pain and rheumatic pain. It activates blood circulation, reducing the symptoms of varicose veins and tired and swollen legs.
It helps to relieve swelling and edema. It can also be used to combat acne, and in cases of dermatitis, eczema and psoriasis.
