Cocoa Butter is very nutritious and rich in unsaponifiables, protecting dry and chapped skin. It has a firming effect which, combined with its emollient and protective properties, makes it ideal for lipstick, balm and cold saponification recipes.
It is very rich in antioxidants (especially Vitamin E), resveratrol and phytosterols, preventing premature skin aging, calming the skin and protecting it from external aggressions.
It can be used in different types of products, such as: body and lip balms (lipsticks), body, face and hand creams and lotions, shampoos and hair conditioners and in handmade soaps.
